What you Need to know...

2. Please view the modified "Class Schedule"  and call / text 203-215-2988 or email us at [email protected] to sign up for class by 7:00 pm the day prior.

We Thank You for honoring your commitment once you have signed up for class!


3. Please bring your own mat and/or props.  You may use our cleaned blocks and straps if you do not have your own.


4, Please Arrive Early to park, check in and set up so that class can begin on time.



5. The studio maintains a strict regular cleaning schedule per CT. State guidelines to ensure your good health!

To help you get your practice in, at a time that works for you!   

We are offering additional sessions (in addition to our regularly scheduled classes) whether we have only 1 person or just a few, to keep you safe, healthy and happy! 

Just call, text or email us by 7:00 pm the day prior.

Choose your in studio class time:

 Tuesday's 

Yoga 12:00-1:00, 2:00-3:00, 6:45-7:45 pm or Meditation (free) 4:00-4:30 pm

Thursday's

 Yoga 10:30-11:30 am, 12:30-1:30, 2:30-3:30, 5:45-6:45 pm

"My Tribe"

Private Group Yoga Sessions!

 We have offering a unique option for you to come enjoy a private group session with your socially distancing "Tribe"!

Your "Tribe" (3-6 people) can be your household members,  Family, friends, co-workers or those who you are in regular comfortable physical contact with!

Bring your own mask and mats, we'll space you 6' apart so that you can safely enjoy healthy time with your loved ones!

**A minimum of 3 people and 24 hours Advance Registration and Payment iRequired** 

No refunds are provided if you cancel**

We are happy to offer Corporate / Group Off Site Yoga!

We will gladly visit your Company / Group (Greater Waterbury area) for a 60/75 minute class!

Class Options...

- Chair / Standing class! For your group living with mobility challenges on a daily basis or just to help your staff stay comfortable and healthy while sitting during the workday! You supply the chairs.

- Standard Mat class! Providing your group / staff with an abundance of movement to create better circulation and reduce stress! Your staff uses their own mats!

We include lots of stretching to relieve low back pain & reduce tightness & tension in the neck, shoulders & hands. Movement for All Levels will help to increase circulation, while Breath Work & Meditation will help to reduce stress & create greater clarity & focus for your group / staff!

Corporate / Off Site Yoga Fee: $100

 Adaptive / Accessible Yoga

We are dedicated to provide yoga instruction to people of ALL Abilities & offer "YogAbility", a chair & standing class for people living with mobility challenges related to injury, surgery, weight, TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) & other physical / medical issues.

Owner / instructor Tanya Sage is a TBI, stroke & cancer survivor & understands the obstacles & frustrations of limited mobility, as well as, the emotional repercussions that arise after a life altering occurrence. We currently offer our "YogAbility" Chair & Standing class on  Tuesday's 210:30-11:30 am pm!!

Beginner / Gentle Classes

We offer Beginner / Gentle classes on

~~Tuesday & Thursday 9:00-10:00 am

Begin your journey into Yoga with comfort & ease! Many of our clients are beginners looking to gain greater flexibility, strength & balance! 


 We wholeheartedly welcome beginners & age, size or ability will not prevent you from developing your own personal yoga practice, whether you are joining us for our beginner's series or dropping in for single classes! Enjoy learning the basic foundations of yogic breath, movement, & meditation in a comfortable & cozy environment! Just bring your own mask and mat!

All Levels Classes

We offer all levels classes throughout our weekly schedule! All levels means that everyone from beginners to advanced levels are welcome to participate!

The instructor will offer modifications in a range of these levels throughout the session, to suit your individual needs! If you are a practicing YogAbility (chair. mat & standing) client, you are also welcome to join in these all levels sessions!

Energetic Classes

Energetic Flow class on Wednesday evenings 6:30-7:45 pm with Corina Parkmond, Kinesiologist & Yoga Instructor, leads this moderate to vigorous flow session to awaken & get your energy moving throughout body. mind & soul!

Reiki Healing & Training

We are thrilled to offer Reiki Healing sessions / trainings with our partners at Candace & Samantha Conway of  "Little Shop Of Healers Llc."  151 Quinn St. just 3 doors down from our center!  You can contact them at  203-509-0521 or 203-707-3949

Candace, Samantha and Diane are extremely Knowledgeable and compassionate Reiki masters who will help you navigate life's struggles through the practice of Reiki and other healing modalities! They offer private, group and long distance sessions, as well as Reiki instruction, and their shop has some wonderful healing tools available for you to purchase! (Crystals, Herbs, Oils...)
