There are several businesses open in our little neighborhood plaza.  All of these businesses are busy & open at different times...Please be kind & park only directly in front of our Center while the other businesses are open.  Street parking is available  & there is also plenty of parking behind our building.

- Chair / Standing Class

For your group living with daily mobility challenges or just to help your staff stay comfortable & healthy while sitting during the workday! You supply the chairs.

- Standard Mat Class

Providing your group  / staff with an abundance of gentle movement to create better circulation & reduce stress!  

Your group uses their own mats & we include lots of stretching to relieve low back pain & tightness & tension throughout the body, while breath work & Meditation will help to create greater clarity & focus for better work performance!

Corporate / Off Site Yoga Fee: 

$100 fo a 60-75 minute session

plus a $25 ravel Fee  (total $125)

There is no limit on the number of participants you can have!

We are dedicated to provide yoga instruction to people of ALL Abilities & offer "YogAbility", a chair & standing class for people living with mobility challenges related to injury, surgery, weight, TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) & other physical / medical conditions.

Owner / Instructor Tanya Sage is a TBI, stroke & cancer survivor & understands the obstacles & frustrations of limited mobility, as well as, the emotional repercussions that arise after a life altering occurrence. We currently offer our "YogAbility" Chair & Standing class by Appointment only to help meet the scheduling needs of the client!

Beginner / Gentle Classes

We offer Beginner / Gentle classes throughout our weekly schedule and beginners are also welcome to join in our All Levels classes as well! 

Begin your journey into Yoga with comfort & ease! Many of our clients are beginners looking to gain greater flexibility, strength & balance! 

 We wholeheartedly welcome beginners & age, size or ability will not prevent you from developing your own personal yoga practice.  Enjoy learning the basic foundations of yogic breath, movement, & meditation in a comfortable & cozy non-judgmental environment! 

You can bring your own mat or use one of ours!  We have everything else you may need, just dress comfortably &  you are welcome to wear your sneakers for stability if  needed!

All Levels Classes

We offer all levels classes throughout our weekly schedule! 

 All levels means that everyone from beginners to advanced levels are welcome to participate!

The instructor will offer modifications in a range of levels throughout the session, to suit your individual needs!
