Begin your journey into yoga with comfort & ease... Many of our clients are beginners, who are looking to gain greater flexibility, strength & balance! We wholeheartedly welcome beginners and age or ability does not matter! 

Learn the basic foundations of yogic breath, movement & philosophy!  Enjoy learning in our cozy relaxing studio with our knowledgeable teachers!

**We offer a Beginners Series. each season of the year in addition to our regularly scheduled beginners classes!  .The series is 8 weeks (1 class per week) and builds on the foundations of yoga & progresses each week, so that you can build your practice slowly & safely! 

***Advance Registration & Payment is required for the series, however, you are welcome to drop in to any beginners classes!*

Adaptive Yoga

We are dedicated to provide yoga instruction to people of ALL Abilities and offer YogAbility, a  chair and standing class for people with mobility challenges related  to injury, surgery, weight, TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) and other physical issues. 

Owner / instructor Tanya Sage is a TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury), stroke and cancer survivor and understands the obstacles and frustrations of limited mobility, as well as, the emotional repercussions that arise after a life altering occurrence. We currently offer our "YogAbility" Chair & Standing class on Tuesdays 3:30-4:45 pm and Thursdays 7:00-8:00 am!  See "Classes" for a full description.


Oelacore is a workout program for women, created by Physical Therapist & Fitness Trainer Natalie Padveen.  The program was designed to strengthen the pelvic floor & core muscles to help women who suffer from incontinence, lower back pain, uncomfortable sex, prolapse & pain.

Join Certified Pelacore Specialist & Fitness Trainer Holly Dixon every Wednesday 5:15-6:15 pm for this life changing class to alleviate your lower back & pelvic floor issues for a happier healthier life!

Corporate Yoga

We are happy to announce the addition of Corporate Yoga to our offerings!

We will gladly visit your company (Greater Waterbury area) for a 60 minute class, you can choose to have a Chair / Standing Yoga class  ( to help your staff stay healthy while sitting all day!) or a standard Mat class!  If you choose a Chair / Standing class you would need to provide the chairs (no wheels). If you choose a Mat class your staff can use their own mats! We include lots of stretching to relieve back pain, improve lower extremity circulation & tightness & tension in the hands, neck & shoulders!  Breath Work & Meditation will help to reduce stress & create greater  clarity & focus for your staff!

Corporate Yoga Fee: $100

Energetic Classes

We have classes designed to invigorate body, mind and spirit! If you are looking to deepen your practice physically, give our energetic classes a try! Energetic Flow, Pelacore, & Morning Power Up (Hip Hop & Hot Vinyasa take place as specialty classes!  Check the schedule for dates & times)

Our knowledgeable teachers will help you ignite the fire within! 

Lotus Group

The Lotus Group is a FREE community group that meets on the 1st Monday of each month 6:30-8:00 pm to learn, practice and discuss meditation, yoga and more!  Each session begins with 45 minutes of gentle yoga and is followed by 45 minutes of meditation / discussion with American Buddhist Monk Brian Vaugh!  The group has guest speakers from time to time, and an occasional field trip to an interesting location! It is an open group and you can attend as often as you wish! (The dates may change occasionally due to holidays or other events)

Lotus Group -Yoga & Meditation  withTanya & Brian! 

**Lotus Group will be moving to the 1st Monday of each month beginning October 7th, as part of "The Monday Mending" Holistic Healing Sessions!

Lotus Group is 45 minutes of gentle yoga with Tanya followed by 45 minutes of meditation / discussion with American Buddhist Monk Brian Vaugh.
